COMMUNITY NOTICE

ISN Transponder Use Policy

The Association’s Gate Entry Staff (DPS) continues to observe Owners, Tenants, Guests and outside Club Members using Portable Transponders to enter our Community.  The Association’s Access Control Policy specifically prohibits the use of any type of Portable Transponders for Community entry.   Gateway Greens’ ISN Transponders are registered and installed by our Access Control Staff for use on specific registered vehicles and/or golf carts.   The removal of a transponder, affixed by our Access Control Staff to a vehicle or golf cart, and to transfer it to another vehicle or to create a portable transponder device is specifically not allowed.

Accordingly, our Gate Staff will report the license number and identification of all vehicles and/or golf carts appearing to be using Portable Transponders for Community entry.  Notices of Violation will then be issued to all violators along with a fine of $100 per violation and a possible 30-90 day transponder suspension.
